Yoga guru Kiran Balijepalli will not only teach correct physical posture, but also explain the conceptual basis for these different yogasanas. No prior experience of yoga required Please bring your own yoga mat and do not eat anything for at least two hours before (except drinking coffee/tea/water is ok).
