In addition to community programming and communications, Highlands Council manages beautiful Blakely Hall, the Issaquah Highlands community center that also operates as a private rental facility. Highlands Council is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to oversee Blakely Hall reception and overall guest experience, perform office administrative tasks, coordinate Blakely Hall rentals, and be an active member of the Highlands Council team, contributing to our mission to build community.
The position is part-time, 30 hours a week, generally in the office at Blakely Hall on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., with occasional nights and weekends. $20-$25/hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
