Join instructor Yong Liu for free Chen-style Tai Chi for all who are interested in learning and practicing together. This ancient Chinese martial art promotes health by reducing bodily tension and stress, improving balance and coordination, increasing join flexibility, calming the breath and clearing the mind.
*Tai Chi is free to attend however donations of a nonperishable food item for the Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank are appreciated.
