ONLINE! Overcoming Anxiety – A Parent’s Guide to Helping Your Child Thrive

May 21, 2020 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Download the presentation from Dr. Carrie McMillin here: Overcoming Anxiety_ A parent’s guide to helping your child thrive

Even in the best of times, anxiety is a struggle for more and more school-age kids. Recent events such as at-home learning, increased focus on health concerns, and major life adjustments have compounded the issue for many families. Learn how to recognize the difference between anxiety and “normal stress,” things you can do to support your child at home, conditions that can contribute to increased anxiety, and when and how to find additional help.

This free presentation is geared toward parents, caretakers, and educators of children ages 5-18

Dr. Carrie McMillin is a naturopathic physician specializing in anxiety and ADHD.
