Highlands Council and the IHCA are looking for the best-dressed homes in the following categories:
The home that most exemplifies the spooky spirit of Halloween!
The home that most exemplifies the fabulousness of fall, including fall colors, football, and non-Halloween fall holidays.
Two winners in each category will receive a custom etched Issaquah Highlands Glassybaby or a $50 gift card to Home Goods!
*Do not decorate any IHCA (HOA) common areas, including trees, sidewalks, or the streetscapes between the side walk and the street, or private property belonging to others. Please be considerate of your neighbors. All decorations must be “G” rated, tasteful and appropriate for all ages. Decorations that do not follow these guidelines are subject to immediate removal and/or fines by the IHCA.
