The RAM Restaurant & Brewery Supports Youth Programming in Issaquah Highlands

RAM Brewery Issaqauh HY-Lands Pale AleThe RAM brewed a small batch seasonal beer and named it HY-Lands Pale Ale. Described as “distinctly drinkable with a subtle, toasty rye malt profile and citrusy, herbal hop flavors,” $1 from every pint sold between June 5 and July 7 will go to support programs provided by the Highlands Youth Advisory Board for teens right here in Issaquah Highlands!

In May, executives of The RAM Restaurant & Brewery contacted me about their interest in hosting a fundraiser for local youth. The RAM is a big supporter of youth organizations in all the markets in which they do business. Mark Patterson, Market Manager for this region, said The RAM really wanted to keep the Grand Ridge Plaza location’s fundraiser as local as possible. They wanted to know if the Highlands Youth Advisory Board (The HY) would be interested in being the beneficiary. We discussed their offer and gratefully accepted their largess.

You can win, too! Post to Instagram a picture of YOU enjoying the beer with #HYLANDSPALEALE and be entered to win a $100 Ram Gift Card!

Stop by The Ram Restaurant & Brewery, order a HY-Lands and ask for Collin — he would love to meet you and thank you for supporting youth programming in our community.

CHEERS!

The HY Board members got to thank the Grand Ridge Plaza RAM’s store manager, Collin McNees, when he stopped by to meet the students on June 1 at Blakely Hall.
