NOLAND HOMES WINS 2008
BUILT GREEN™ HAMMER AWARD

Port Blakely Communities and Issaquah Highlands salutes Noland Homes for their recognition at the 2008 Built Green Conference. Noland Homes President, Jim Noland, was awarded the Built Green Hammer Award by the Master Builder Association of King and Snohomish Counties, recognizing their commitment to sustainable building practices as a small production homebuilder. Noland certified 61 new homes in 2007. Noland Homes rapidly excelled through the levels of the Built Green program and is currently committed to certifying all new homes as 4-Star Built Green. Achieving a 4-Star rating requires verification of the home’s performance by an independent third party. Noland Homes is currently selling town homes and live/work lofts at Brighton on Park and Brighton on High Street in Issaquah Highlands.
