Welcome to the IHCA. The IHCA is a non-profit community association in Issaquah Highlands. Our mission is to maintain the value of the property and a good quality of life for the residential community, which includes rules and restrictions, CCRs, architectural review, and maintenance of common areas such as parks and streetscapes. The IHCA affairs are governed by the Board of Directors (BOD), each member with one equal vote. The Board of Directors is comprised of Issaquah Highlands Homeowners with representation from each Board District. The Directors are elected by homeowners. Though we work closely with Highlands Council, we do not manage Blakely Hall, Connections News, social media, or community events. We now accept online payments for semi-annual assessments and one-time payments. Semi-annual assessments are due in full by January 1, 2017. Payments received after January 10, 2017 will be considered late and may be subject to late fees.
