The IHCA is a non-profit community association in Issaquah Highlands. Our mission is to maintain the value of the property and a good quality of life for the residential community, which includes rules and restrictions, CCRs, architectural review, and maintenance of common areas such as parks and streetscapes.

The IHCA affairs are governed by the Board of Directors (BOD), each member with one equal vote. The Board of Directors is comprised of Issaquah Highlands Homeowners with representation from each Board District. The Directors are elected by homeowners.

Though we work closely with Highlands Council, we do not manage Blakely Hall, Connections, social media, or community events.

If you have any questions or would like further information about the IHCA, buying or selling a home in Issaquah Highlands, or desire to make changes to your home in Issaquah Highlands, please contact us directly.
