HAI Control Panel:
A low voltage control system manages major systems in the home, including heating, lighting, shade and ventilation. This allows
room-by-room temperature control, optimizes use of energy for heating; adjusts to compensate for passive solar input. Set points and
scheduling for each room are centrally controlled by the low voltage master control system. Temperature sensors in each room send
signals to the unit to request more hot water to the wall heater in that room. Ventilation is controlled by humidistats in the baths
and laundry, which send signals asking for additional ventilation cycles to eliminate high humidity.
