Halloween in the Highlands

Produced by Highlands Council, funded in part by the generous financial support of Highlands Dentistry and the Issaquah Press

For the 14th year Issaquah Highlands Council invites all ghouls and goblins to this annual fall celebration at Grand Ridge Plaza.  Everyone comes in costume, adults and kids alike, to enjoy exciting carnival rides, giant inflatables, pony rides and petting farm.  Don’t forget to bring a bag to collect trick or treat goodies from a variety of local business and non profit vendor booths too!  The festival runs from noon – 4pm, rain or shine.
