EXPERIENCE GRAND RIDGE PLAZA
With more than 35 shops and services, as well as 14 restaurants and cafés, Grand Ridge at Issaquah Highlands is a popular shopping and entertainment destination. The unique combination of merchants draws savvy shoppers from across the Eastside, who also enjoy cuisine ranging from burgers to Asian fusion – plus a night at the movies.
Issaquah Highlands is the inspiration for Grand Ridge Plazas design. With the communitys streetscapes and pedestrian paths in mind, Seattle-based Fuller Sears Architects created a village atmosphere for Grand Ridge Plaza – a walkable setting that features 10,000-square-feet of open-air pavilions and gathering places.
Developed by Regency Centers and anchored by a 44,543-square-foot Safeway and a 12-screen Regal Cinemas, Grand Ridge Plaza is abuzz with activity.
“There is a strong feeling of community at Issaquah Highlands. The master plan fosters a friendly atmosphere that has created a unique sense of place and a neighborhood feeling. We’re honored to be part of this beautiful community.”
– Craig Ramey, senior vice president, senior market officer, Regency Centers
