Currently under construction at Issaquah Highlands, the Grand Ridge Plaza shopping and entertainment district will open in phases beginning summer 2013 with a 12-screen Regal Cinema. Three new restaurants including Chinoise Café, Big Fish Grill and Ram Restaurant & Brewery, as well as a Safeway grocery store and fuel station, are slated to open in early fall 2013.

Safeway Store & Fuel Station:
Slated to open in September 2013, the custom-designed store will feature a Starbucks kiosk, full-service deli and salad bar, pharmacy, bakery with open-flame hearth oven, sushi station, more than 3,000 organic and natural products, plus dining areas and dozens of other services. From layout to product selection and service offerings, Safeway is tailoring the 47,509-square-foot store to meet the needs of local residents.
Chinoise Café is a Pan-Asian grill and sushi bar with one location on Queen Anne Hill in Seattle. The restaurant specializes in distinctive Asian dishes from Vietnam and Thailand to China and Japan, all created by Chef de Cuisine Thoa Nguyen. Chinoise Café operates two additional local restaurants, Wabisabi in Columbia City and Thoa's Restaurant & Lounge in downtown Seattle.
