Join these free yoga classes for a systematic organized teaching as it is supposed be, as opposed to treating yogasanas as mere exercises. Yoga guru Kiran Balijepalli will not only teach correct physical posture, but also explain the conceptual basis for these different yogasanas. No prior experience of Yoga required. Please bring your own yoga mat and do not eat anything for at least two hours before (except taking coffee/tea/milk/water is ok).
