An event every week that begins at 6:45am on Wednesday, repeating indefinitely
FREE Chen-style Taichi to all who are interested in learning and practicing together. This ancient Chinese martial art promotes health by reducing bodily tension and stress, improving balance and coordination, increasing joint flexibility, calming the breath and clearing the mind.
*Taichi is free to attend however donations of a nonperishable food item for the Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank is appreciated.
Note: Taichi Fitness will be taking a break in August 2018. Sessions will return September 5.
