GRAND RIDGE PLAZA
Grand Ridge Plaza – the 280,113-square-foot retail center currently under construction at Issaquah Highlands – will open in phases, beginning June 2012 with a 12-screen Regal Cinema and three new restaurants. Safeway is also slated to open a grocery store and fuel station in September 2013.
Adjacent to current retail and office space, including Caffe Ladro, Occhio Optometry and Sorella Salon & Spa, Grand Ridge Plaza is conveniently located on the I-90 corridor east of Seattle and Bellevue.
Retailers DICK’S Sporting Goods, Marshalls and HomeGoods are among the merchants coming to Issaquah Highlands. Cosmetics retailer ULTA Beauty and skate/snowboard retailer Zumiez are also slated to open stores.
New restaurants coming to Issaquah Highlands include Chinoise Café, a Pan-Asian grill and sushi bar, as well as Big Fish Grill and Ram Restaurant & Brewery. They will join current restaurants such as Agave Cocina & Tequilas, Sip at the Wine Bar, ricenroll, Subway and Ben & Jerry’s in the exciting dining choices already open in Issaquah Highlands.
